Anti-Communism Week Act

Supporting the recognition of November 2025 as "Carbon Monoxide Action and Awareness Month" and promoting nationwide education, prevention, and detection efforts to protect United States families from carbon monoxide poisoning.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that any alien who has been convicted of a felony or two misdemeanors, is deportable, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) Awareness Day.

Honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans on Veterans Day, 2025.

Expressing support for the goals of National Adoption Day and National Adoption Month by promoting national awareness of adoption and the children awaiting families, celebrating children and families involved in adoption, and encouraging the people of the United States to secure safety, permanency, and well-being for all children.

TRAPS Act

To identify and take action against international trade practices of high income countries that unfairly exploit innovation by deviating from market-based policies and unfairly exploit United States innovation, and for other purposes.

To amend section 405 of title 23, United States Code, to permit a State to use grant funds for the purpose of providing on-bicycle education, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that an alien who has been convicted of harming animals used in law enforcement is inadmissible and deportable, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide hereditary cancer genetic testing for individuals with a history of a hereditary cancer gene mutation in a blood relative or a personal or ancestral history suspicious for hereditary cancer, and to provide coverage of certain cancer screenings or preventive surgeries that would reduce the risk for individuals with a germline (inherited) mutation associated with a high risk of developing a preventable cancer.

To require elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to ensure biological fairness in women’s sports as a condition of receiving Federal funds, and for other purposes.
