To amend title 10, United States Code, to eliminate the recoupment of separation pay, special separation benefits, and voluntary separation incentive payments from members of the Armed Forces who subsequently receive disability compensation under laws administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs and to impose limitations on the authority of the Secretary of Defense to recoup such pay from members who subsequently receive military retired or retainer pay.

To establish certain remedies for certain individuals involuntarily separated from the Armed Forces solely on the basis of refusing to receive vaccinations against COVID–19.

To direct the Attorney General, in coordination with the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, to study the prevalence and instances of human trafficking at adult entertainment clubs in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to molecularly targeted pediatric cancer investigations, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to permit a private cause of action for damages in the case of a group health plan which fails to provide for primary payment or appropriate reimbursement.

To extend the Gabriella Miller Kids First Pediatric Research Program at the National Institutes of Health, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit an annual report on the impact of certain Medicare regulations on provider and payer consolidation.

To provide support for programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs relating to the coordination of maternity health care, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to promote transparency of common ownership interests under parts C and D of the Medicare program.

To provide that a project to replace or improve a communications facility following a major disaster or an emergency declared by the President is not subject to requirements to prepare certain environmental or historical preservation reviews, and for other purposes.

To provide that a project for the deployment or modification of a communications facility entirely within a floodplain is not subject to requirements to prepare certain environmental or historical preservation reviews.

To amend the Department of Energy Organization Act with respect to functions assigned to Assistant Secretaries, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to report to Congress on the process by which air traffic control tower facilities are chosen for replacement, and for other purposes.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to increase transparency of certain health-related ownership information.

Designating the week of May 1, 2023, through May 7, 2023, as Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week.

To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives on the importance of a unified transatlantic role in deterring the Chinese Communist Party from disrupting the peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.

Reaffirming the support of the United States to our strongest ally in the region, Israel, and recognizing the authoritarian and extremist regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a threat to Israel, the region, the United States, and global stability.

To exempt certain Federal hydrogen programs from the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint commemorative coins in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Fleet Reserve Association.
