Commending the Tennessee Valley Authority on the 90th anniversary of the signing of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to require a DNA test to determine the familial relationship between an alien and an accompanying minor, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the President from negotiating or concluding any withdrawal, suspension, waiver, or modification to the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights without explicit authorization from Congress.

To prohibit the Federal Aviation Administration from awarding any Federal assistance to entities from certain foreign countries for projects related to unmanned aircraft systems, and for other purposes.

To require Executive agencies to submit to Congress a study of the impacts of expanded telework and remote work by agency employees during the COVID–19 pandemic and a plan for the agency’s future use of telework and remote work, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a pilot program to improve the ability of veterans to access medical care in medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs and in the community by providing veterans the ability to choose health care providers.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to ensure equitable payment for, and preserve Medicare beneficiary access to, diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals under the Medicare hospital outpatient prospective payment system.

To amend section 235(b)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to require the implementation of the Migrant Protection Protocols.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to designate September 11 Day of Remembrance as a legal public holiday.

To amend the National Quantum Initiative Act to establish a public-private partnership for near-term quantum application development and acceleration, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to apply the mailbox rule to documents and payments electronically submitted to the Internal Revenue Service, and for other purposes.

To amend section 1507 of title 18, United States Code, to establish appropriate penalties for obstruction of justice by picketing or parading in or near court buildings or residences of judges, jurors, witnesses, or other court officers.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Master Sergeant Rodrick Roddie Edmonds in recognition of his heroic actions during World War II.

To establish a Federal grant program to combat the smuggling and trafficking of children and young women.

To direct the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to establish a K–12 Cybersecurity Technology Improvement Program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study to evaluate the activities of sister city partnerships operating within the United States, and for other purposes.

Honoring the memories of the victims of the senseless attack at the Covenant School on March 27, 2023.

To establish a grant program to improve school security, including by training and hiring veterans and former law enforcement officers as school safety officers, and for other purposes.
