Affirming the importance of the survival of Garífuna culture and identity, condemning the violent and illegal appropriation of Garífuna territory, urging the Department of State and multilateral development banks to respect the rights of the Garífuna people, and calling on the Government of Honduras to fully comply with the resolutions of multilateral human rights bodies which mandate the return of Garífuna land and territory, and for other purposes.

To eliminate certain subsidies for fossil-fuel production.

To prohibit wildlife killing contests on public lands, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and other senior Executive branch personnel from accepting any foreign emoluments, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make awards to increase or improve access to comprehensive mental and behavioral health services for individuals exposed to violent encounters involving law enforcement personnel, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the Nakba and Palestinian refugees’ rights.

To amend the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require that group health plans and health insurance issuers offering group or individual health insurance that provide coverage for mental health services and substance use disorder services provide such services without the imposition of cost-sharing from the diagnosis of pregnancy through the 1-year period following such pregnancy, and for other purposes.

To provide emergency assistance to States, territories, Tribal nations, and local areas affected by substance use disorder, including the use of opioids and stimulants, and to make financial assistance available to States, territories, Tribal nations, local areas, public or private nonprofit entities, and certain health providers, to provide for the development, organization, coordination, and operation of more effective and cost efficient systems for the delivery of essential services to individuals with substance use disorder and their families.

To establish a green transportation infrastructure grant program, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination based on an individual’s texture or style of hair.

To amend the Commodity Exchange Act to prohibit trading of water and water rights for future delivery, and for other purposes.

To amend section 306 of title 5, United States Code, and sections 1115 and 1120 of title 31, United States Code, to improve the equitable provision of services to underserved communities and individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend section 1124 of title 31, United States Code, to establish an Agency Equity Advisory Team, to amend sections 3520 and 3520A of title 44, United States Code, to ensure the use of equity, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the House of Representatives to work alongside the Congressional Black Caucus to build the Black Wealth Agenda and outline the legislative priorities to achieve the Black Wealth Agenda.

To provide economic empowerment opportunities in the United States through the modernization of public housing, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a tax on the net value of assets of a taxpayer, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the House of Representatives to work alongside the Congressional Black Caucus to build the Black Wealth Agenda and outline the legislative priorities to achieve the Black Wealth Agenda.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of February 26 through March 1, 2024, as Public Schools Week.

To establish a pilot program to provide financial and non-financial housing assistance to certain homeless individuals, to provide for a study of the effects of the pilot program, and for other purposes.

To establish the Mississippi River Restoration and Resilience Initiative to carry out projects for the protection and restoration of the Mississippi River Corridor, and for other purposes.
