To authorize the Director of the National Museum of African American History and Culture to support African American history education programs, and for other purposes.

To promote registered apprenticeships, including registered apprenticeships within in-demand industry sectors, through the support of workforce intermediaries, and for other purposes.

To prohibit air carriers from imposing fees that are not reasonable and proportional to the costs incurred by the air carriers, and for other purposes.

To expand employees eligible for leave and employers subject to leave requirements.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to require the safe storage of firearms, and for other purposes.

To improve the management and performance of the capital asset programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs so as to better serve veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors, and for other purposes.

To address the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery in the United States and the 13 American colonies between 1619 and 1865 and to establish a commission to study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery, its subsequent de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.

To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.
