Authorizing expenditures by the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

Designating the week of February 6 through 10, 2023, as National School Counseling Week.

Designating the week of February 5 through 9, 2024, as National School Counseling Week.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Career and Technical Education Month.

Supporting the nearly 150,000 United Auto Workers currently negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the “Big Three” automakers.

To amend the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to increase bank executive accountability and to improve financial stability, and for other purposes.

Supporting the observation of National Trafficking and Modern Slavery Prevention Month during the period beginning on January 1, 2023, and ending on February 1, 2023, to raise awareness of, and opposition to, human trafficking and modern slavery.

To authorize a grant program for educational institutions to analyze, digitize, and map historic records relating to housing discrimination, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve the provision of military housing to members of the Armed Forces and their families through private entities, and for other purposes.

Relating to the death of the Honorable Fred R. Harris, former Senator for the State of Oklahoma.

To amend title 11, United States Code, to improve protections for employees and retirees in business bankruptcies.

Relating to the death of Timothy Peter Johnson, former Senator for the State of South Dakota.

To subject certain private funds to joint and several liability with respect to the liabilities of firms acquired and controlled by those funds, and for other purposes.

To authorize the collection of supplemental payments to increase congressional investments in medical research, and for other purposes.

To amend section 321 of the Tariff Act of 1930 to enhance transparency with respect to shipments seeking an administrative exemption from duties for low-value entries, and for other purposes.

To amend titles XIX and XXI of the Social Security Act to enhance financial support for rural and safety net hospitals providing maternity, labor, and delivery services to vulnerable populations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan.

Designating the week of September 15 through September 21, 2024, as Community School Coordinators Appreciation Week.
