1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Boosting the Rural STEM Pipeline Act.
Section 2
2. Repeal of cost-sharing with respect to the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program Section 10A of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 (42 U.S.C. 1862n–1a) is amended— by striking subsection (i); and by redesignating subsections (j) and (k) as subsections (i) and (j), respectively. Section 10320 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (42 U.S.C. 18998) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking requirements and inserting requirement; by striking forthe and inserting for the; and by striking and under and all that follows through are and inserting is; and in subsection (b), by striking waivers each place it appears and inserting waiver.
