1. Additional subsidization Section 603(i)(1)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1383(i)(1)(B)) is amended to read as follows: to implement or utilize a process, material, technique, or technology (including software for asset management, software for operational analysis, and advanced digital construction management systems)— to address water-efficiency goals; to address energy-efficiency goals; to mitigate stormwater runoff; or to implement projects that are cost-effective and sustainably planned, designed, and constructed.
