To amend chapter 110 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit gender transition procedures on minors, and for other purposes.

To prohibit taxpayer-funded gender transition procedures, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a study on the designation of biosimilar biological products as interchangeable.

To improve services provided by pharmacy benefit managers.

To require regulations concerning the disclosure of direct and indirect compensation from entities providing pharmacy benefit management services or third-party administration services.

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to apply additional payments, discounts, and other financial assistance towards the cost-sharing requirements of health insurance plans, and for other purposes.

To prohibit group health plans and health insurance issuers from entering into contracts that would prevent or restrict patient access to drug pricing information otherwise available through consumer decision-support tools.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to require electronic communication service providers and remote computing services to report to the Attorney General certain controlled substances violations.

To extend the statute of limitations for fraud by individuals under the COVID–19 unemployment programs.

To establish an FBI hotline to receive tips about persons trying to engage in certain activities in the United States on behalf of the Government of China or the Chinese Communist Party, and to criminalize the performance of the functions of a law enforcement agency in the United States on behalf of the Government of China or the Chinese Communist Party.

To direct the Secretary of State to designate certain Mexican drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, and to submit a report to Congress justifying such designations in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

To terminate the requirement imposed by the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for proof of COVID–19 vaccination for foreign travelers, and for other purposes.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to limit the use of Federal funds for the salaries or expenses of political employees if the President’s annual budget submission to Congress is late, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and certain other weapons from the definition of firearms for purposes of the National Firearms Act, and for other purposes.

To provide a moratorium on all Federal research grants provided to any institution of higher education or other research institute that is conducting gain-of-function research.
