To restore the exemption of family farms and small businesses from the definition of assets under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

Colorado River Basin System Conservation Extension Act

Supporting the designation of May 29, 2024, as Mental Health Awareness in Agriculture Day to raise awareness around mental health in the agricultural industry and workforce and to continue to reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To amend the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 to extend and enhance the specialty crop block grants program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993 to add certain land to the Sarvis Creek Wilderness, and for other purposes.

Designating March 21, 2024, as National Women in Agriculture Day.

To amend the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to require the Secretary of Agriculture to enter into cooperative agreements relating to drought prevention, preparedness, response, and mitigation, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Crop Insurance Act to allow for the separation of enterprise units by continuous and fallow cropping systems.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to facilitate water leasing and water transfers to promote conservation and efficiency.

To modify the requirements applicable to locatable minerals on public domain land, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 to reauthorize the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.

Making further supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, for border management activities, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Energy to establish a program to encourage deployment of electric school buses and vehicle-to-grid technologies and applications, and for other purposes.

To support the creation and implementation of State policies, as well as the expansion of existing State policies, for improving the quality and affordability of charter school facilities.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education, and supporting the ideals and goals of the 24th annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 7 through May 13, 2023.

To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to modify the delivery of technical assistance, and for other purposes.

To increase the quality and supply of child care and lower child care costs for families.
