Section 1
That the Senate— recognizes the achievements and contributions of the AH–64 Apache attack helicopter to the national defense of the United States and its allies; honors the dedication, service, and sacrifice of the United States Army aviators, maintainers, and support personnel who operate and sustain the AH–64 Apache; acknowledges the enduring role of the AH–64 Apache in ensuring that the United States maintains unmatched close air support and precision strike capability; and respectfully directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit an enrolled copy of this resolution to the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
