That the Senate— commends the University of Connecticut women’s basketball team for winning the 2025 National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Women’s Basketball National Championship; congratulates the fans, students, and faculty of the University of Connecticut; and respectfully requests that the Secretary of the Senate transmit an enrolled copy of this resolution to— the president of the University of Connecticut, Radenka Maric; the head coach of the University of Connecticut women’s basketball team, Geno Auriemma; and the associate head coach of the University of Connecticut women’s basketball team, Chris Dailey.
