Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Innovation and Development in Ecuador Act of 2023.
Section 2
2. Eligibility of Ecuador for designation as a beneficiary country under Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act Section 212(b) of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act (19 U.S.C. 2702(b)) is amended by inserting after Dominica the following new item: Ecuador.
