Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Insulin for All Act of 2023.
Section 2
2. Limitation on price of insulin Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the price charged by manufacturers of insulin for insulin that is sold in the United States may not exceed $20 per 1000 units of insulin, which may be contained in one or more vials, pens, cartridges, or other forms of delivery. In this section, the term insulin means insulin that is licensed under subsection (a) or (k) of section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 262) and continues to be marketed pursuant to such licensure.
