1. Modification of United States-Israel anti-tunnel cooperation Subsection (a)(1) of section 1279 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended, in the first sentence, by striking detect, map, and neutralize underground tunnels and inserting detect, map, maneuver in, and neutralize underground tunnels.
