Restrictions on partisan political activity Section 7323(b)(2)(B)(i) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in subclause (XIII), by striking or at the end; in subclause (XIV), by striking or at the end; and by adding at the end the following: any Office of Inspector General established under chapter 4; or any Office of Special Inspector General; or (XV)any Office of Inspector General established under chapter 4; or(XVI)any Office of Special Inspector General; or.
