1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Youth Lead Act of 2024.

2. Grants for youth organizations Section 410(d)(2) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7630(d)(2)) is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2029.
