2. Extension and enhancement of specialty crop block grants Section 101 of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108–465) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking 2023 and inserting 2028; and by inserting through priorities established annually by State program administrators, in consultation with specialty crop producers and producer groups after specialty crops; in subsection (e)— by striking indicate how and inserting the following: indicate— how in paragraph (1) (as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and by adding at the end the following: how outreach to, and consultation with, specialty crop stakeholders will be achieved. in subsection (l)(1)— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking fiscal year 2018 and each fiscal year thereafter. and inserting each of fiscal years 2018 through 2023; and; and by adding at the end the following: $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter. indicate—(1)how; (2)how outreach to, and consultation with, specialty crop stakeholders will be achieved.; and (F)$100,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter..
