Prohibition on taking proposed actions The Secretary of Agriculture shall not take the proposed actions described in the notice of the Forest Service entitled Land Management Plan Direction for Old-Growth Forest Conditions Across the National Forest System (88 Fed. Reg. 88042 (December 20, 2023)).
