Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the SBA Disaster Transparency Act.
Section 2
2. Publication of reports on disaster assistance Section 12091 of the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 (15 U.S.C. 636k) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by inserting and publish on the website of the Administration after Representatives; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and published after submitted; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by inserting and publish on the website of the Administration after Representatives; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and published after submitted; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by inserting and publish on the website of the Administration after Representatives; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and published after submitted; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1)— by striking a report; and by inserting and publish on the website of the Administration a report after Representatives; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and published after submitted.
