Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Strengthening Communities of Recovery Act.
Section 2
2. Strengthening communities of recovery Section 547 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ee–2) is amended— in the section heading, by striking Building and inserting Strengthening; in subsection (d)(2)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting or strengthen after build; and in subsection (f), by striking $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $16,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
