Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Saving Transit Art Resources Act or the STAR Act.
Section 2
2. Allowing art Section 5323(h) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting or after the semicolon; by striking paragraph (2); and by redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (2). Section 5309 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (p); and by redesignating subsections (q) and (r) as subsections (p) and (q), respectively.
