Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the No Overseas Congressional Help for International Negotiations with Adversaries Act or the NO CHINA Act.
Section 2
2. Prohibition of federally funded congressional travel to China Notwithstanding any other provision of law— Federal funds made available before, on, or after the date of enactment of this Act shall not be expended for any congressional delegation or other congressional trip to the People's Republic of China; and Federal resources, such as military aircraft, shall not be used for any such delegation or trip. Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to congressional travel to Taiwan.
