Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Recommending Artificial Intelligence Standards in Education Act of 2025 or the RAISE Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Academic standards for artificial intelligence and technology education Section 1111(b)(1)(C) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6311(b)(1)(C)) is amended by inserting , including standards for artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies after by the State.
