Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Food Secure Strikers Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Eligibility of striking workers Section 6(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(d)) is amended— in paragraph (1)(D)— by striking clause (iv); and by redesignating clauses (v) and (vi) as clauses (iv) and (v), respectively; and in paragraph (3)— by striking participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program at any time that and inserting be ineligible to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program as a result of; by striking is on strike and inserting being on strike; and by striking : Provided, That and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting a period.
