That the House of Representatives— recognizes the growing mental health crisis in the United States and recommits itself to addressing this crisis via increased access to care, reducing stigma, and ensuring all young people are supported in their mental health; supports the recognition of Youth Mental Health Day in the United States; supports the recognition of Youth Suicide Prevention Day in the United States; and encourages State and local governments to adopt and promote Youth Mental Health Day and Youth Suicide Prevention Day and to invest in comprehensive school and community-based mental health initiatives.
