Section 1
That the House of Representatives— supports the designation of National Voter Registration Day; and encourages each voting-eligible citizen of the United States to— register to vote in his or her respective jurisdiction; confirm with their appropriate election official that his or her name, address, and other personal identifying information on record is current; and fulfill his or her civic duty by voting on election day if he or she would like to do so.
