That the House of Representatives— commends interscholastic athletic administrators for their commitment and their leadership of student athletes at the secondary school level; recognizes the critical role school athletic programs play in student leadership development; and commends the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association as the leading organization that prepares individuals who lead secondary school athletics throughout the United States, providing continuous learning, compassion, and preparation within the profession.
