Section 1
That the House of Representatives— supports the designation of a National Service and Conservation Corps Day; congratulates the existing network of more than 150 Service and Conservation Corps on their contributions to the United States; urges the citizens of the United States to recognize the importance of national service; and supports the continuation and expansion of the national network of Service and Conservation Corps under the National and Community Service Act (42 U.S.C. 12501 et seq.).
