That the House of Representatives— reaffirms the unwavering commitment of the United States to Israel’s security and unequivocally supports Israel’s right to defend itself against all threats; calls for the continued expansion of United States-Israel defense cooperation to address the evolving security landscape, including joint research, technology sharing, and military coordination; supports additional investments in missile defense, cybersecurity, emerging technology initiatives, and intelligence-sharing initiatives to enhance mutual security capabilities; recognizes Israel’s vital role as a key ally in deterring adversaries and promoting peace through strength in the Middle East; urges the United States Government to ensure that Israel maintains its qualitative military edge and remains well-equipped to confront growing regional and global threats; affirms that during the renegotiation of the United States-Israel Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), cooperation on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and advanced defense systems, should be a key priority in strengthening the bilateral relationship; and stands firmly with Israel and commits to reinforcing the partnership that secures both nations’ futures.
