Section 1
That the House of Representatives— expresses support for the designation of International Black Aviation Professionals Day; encourages the observation of International Black Aviation Professionals Day through recognition and celebration of the contributions of Black aviation professionals; and requests that the President issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to— recognize the stories and contributions of Black American aviation professionals who broke barriers, innovated, and took aviation to greater heights; provide enhanced curriculum in schools, libraries, and other places of learning to educate all people of the United States with respect to the contributions of Black aviation pioneers; and support greater opportunities for Black Americans in all areas of aviation.
