Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Stop Spoonfuls of Fake Sugar Act of 2024.

2. No food containing high-fructose corn syrup Section 402 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 342) is amended by adding at the end the following: If it is food for human consumption and contains high-fructose corn syrup. Section 402(j) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by subsection (a), applies beginning on the date that is 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act. (j)If it is food for human consumption and contains high-fructose corn syrup..
