Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling Grant Program Reauthorization Act.
Section 2
2. Reauthorization of Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling Grant Program Section 302(g)(1) of the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act (33 U.S.C. 4282(g)(1)) is amended by inserting and $65,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035 after fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
