1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Immediate Stock Disclosure Act.
Section 2
2. Periodic transaction reports Section 13105(l) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by— striking 30 days and inserting 24 hours; and striking 45 days and inserting 72 hours.
