Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Airport Immigration Enforcement Act.
Section 2
2. Housing of undocumented migrants The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration may not authorize airport space to house undocumented migrants.
Section 3
3. Prohibiting funding for housing of undocumented migrants at airports No Federal funds may be used to house undocumented migrants in any airport.
