Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Fill the Lake Act.
Section 2
2. Regulation of Pool Level of Flathead Lake From June 15 through September 15 of each calendar year, the Secretary of the Interior shall ensure— a minimum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2892’ MSL by providing the water from Hungry Horse Reservoir; and a maximum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2893’ MSL by releasing excess water downstream.
