1. Short title This Act may be cited as the National SBDC Advisory Board Improvement Act.

2. National Small Business Development Center Advisory Board annual report Section 21(i) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 648(i)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Board shall annually submit to the Associate Administrator for Small Business Development Centers, the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of Senate a report on the activities of the Board during the year covered by the report, including— any recommendations of the Board for improving the small business development center program; and such other information with respect to such program that the Board determines appropriate. No additional amounts are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act or the amendments made by this Act. (3)The Board shall annually submit to the Associate Administrator for Small Business Development Centers, the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of Senate a report on the activities of the Board during the year covered by the report, including— (A)any recommendations of the Board for improving the small business development center program; and (B)such other information with respect to such program that the Board determines appropriate..
