Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Asylum Accountability Act.
Section 2
2. Permanent ineligibility for adjustment of status after failure to appear at removal proceeding Section 240(b)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1229a(b)(7)) is amended by striking for a period of 10 years after the date of the entry of the final order of removal.
