Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Territories Airport Support Act of 2025 or the TASA Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. United States Government’s share of project costs Section 47109(f) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following: is— receiving essential air service for which compensation was provided to an air carrier under subchapter II of chapter 417; or located in a territory of the United States and was an eligible point under section 419 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 on October 24, 1978; and (1)is—
(A)receiving essential air service for which compensation was provided to an air carrier under subchapter II of chapter 417; or (B)located in a territory of the United States and was an eligible point under section 419 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 on October 24, 1978; and .
