Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Workforce Flexibility Act.
Section 2
2. Removal of out-of-school priority Section 129(a) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3164) is amended— by striking paragraph (4); and by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4).
