1. Requiring website for provider searches under the Medicare program Section 1851(d) of the Social Security Act is amended— in paragraph (7), by inserting and maintenance of the website required under paragraph (8) after paragraph (2)(A); and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Beginning not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary shall maintain an internet website for Medicare beneficiaries (and prospective Medicare beneficiaries) to— search for providers of services and suppliers participating in the network of an MA plan or the original Medicare fee-for-service program under parts A and B; and identify the providers of services and suppliers participating in the network of each MA plan and the original Medicare fee-for-service program under parts A and B.
