Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Keep America Building Act.
Section 2
2. Continuity of contracts No Federal funds may be used to suspend, delay, or interrupt all or part of the work of a project under a contract during any lapse in appropriations or stop all or any part of the work agreed to in such contract.
