1. Short title This Act may be cited as the MCM PRV Reauthorization Act.

2. Extension of priority review to encourage treatments for agents that present national security threats Section 565A(g) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360bbb–4a(g)) is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2033.
