Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Hot Showers Act.
Section 2
2. Withdrawal of proposed rule The Secretary of Energy— shall withdraw the proposed rule titled Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Water Heaters (88 Fed. Reg. 49058 (July 28, 2023)); and may not take any action to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule described in paragraph (1) or any substantially similar rule.
