Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Special Diabetes Program Reauthorization Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Extension of Special Diabetes Programs for Type I diabetes Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2)) is amended— in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and by adding at the end the following: $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, to remain available until expended.
