Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the HCBS Worker Protection Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Removing limitation on payments for certain HCBS waivers under Medicaid Section 1915(c)(11) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396n(c)(11)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
