Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Helen Keller National Center Reauthorization Act of 2023.
Section 2
2. Amendments to the Helen Keller National Center Act Section 205(a) of the Helen Keller National Center Act (20 U.S.C. 1904(a)) is amended by striking fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting fiscal years 2024 through 2028. Section 206(2)(B) of the Helen Keller National Center Act (29 U.S.C. 1905(2)(B)) is amended by striking or obtaining vocational objectives and inserting or obtaining competitive integrated employment (as defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3102)). Section 207 of the Helen Keller National Center Act (29 U.S.C. 1906) is amended by striking the Helen Keller Services for the Blind, Incorporated and inserting Helen Keller Services. Section 208(h) of the Helen Keller National Center Act (29 U.S.C. 1907(h)) is amended by striking fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting fiscal years 2024 through 2028.
