1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Reliable Federal infrastructure Act.

2. Repeal of revised Federal building energy efficiency performance standards Section 305(a)(3) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)) is amended by striking subparagraph (D). Each revised Federal building energy efficiency performance standard established under section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) shall have no force or effect, and section 305(a)(3) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)) shall be implemented as though each such standard had never taken effect. Section 433 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (Public Law 110–140) is amended by striking subsection (a). Section 436 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (42 U.S.C. 17092) is amended— in subsection (c)— by striking paragraph (1); and in paragraph (6), by striking and section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)); in subsection (e), by striking in accordance with the requirements of section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)),; in subsection (f)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking , the requirements of section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)),; and in subparagraph (A), by striking and the requirements of section 305(a)(3)(D) of that Act; and by striking paragraph (2); and by striking subsection (h). Section 437(a)(1) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (42 U.S.C. 17093(a)(1)) is amended by striking , section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)),.
