Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Disinformation Governance Board Prohibition Act.
Section 2
2. Termination of Disinformation Governance Board The Disinformation Governance Board of the Department of Homeland Security is hereby terminated. No Federal funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available may be used to establish or carry out the activities of any other entity that is substantially similar to the Disinformation Governance Board terminated by subsection (a).
