Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Bridge Investment and Modernization Act of 2025.
Section 2
2. Bridge investment program Section 11101(b)(1)(A) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58) is amended by striking clauses (i) through (v) and inserting the following: $3,047,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $3,127,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; $3,147,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; $3,197,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and $3,247,000,000 for fiscal year 2031. Section 124(c)(5) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (B). (i)$3,047,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; (ii)$3,127,000,000 for fiscal year 2028;
(iii)$3,147,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; (iv)$3,197,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and
(v)$3,247,000,000 for fiscal year 2031..
